Cookery classes - This class is addressed to those who want to approach the art of hand made pasta, giving you the possibility to learn the techniques and secrets which our grandmothers used for making fresh pasta.   1 ½ hours - 45 € You learn how to make 4 or 5 types of pasta, for example:  ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnocchi. You can take away the pasta and enjoy them with family or friends, for lunch at Il Paretaio.   3 ½ hours - 65 € You learn how to make 4 types of pasta, for example:  ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnocchi and 4 sauces. You can have family or friends meet you at Pasta Fresca and enjoy what you prepared for lunch. This price for your luncheon includes red or white wine, mineral water, a dessert made by Wilma and coffee.
